Our hearts are with our customers, friends, and neighbors across the country, as we work together to contain COVID-19. At 1-800-Plumber+Air, the health and safety of our customers, team members, and community remain our top priority. Amid the growing concerns around COVID-19, we are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of everyone within the 1-800-Plumber+Air community. This is an evolving situation and we are monitoring it closely to ensure all proper precautions are being taken.

We know that the series we provide are critical to maintaining the health and sanitation standards of our community and we take that responsibility seriously. Our 1-800-Plumber+Air team remains committed to meeting the home service needs our our communities across the U.S. with convenience and excellence. We continue to monitor and implement the protocols established by the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), and local health departments in regards to COVID-19.

Our daily safety and cleanliness procedures are already very thorough, however, given the current situation, we are elevating our internal safety practices. These additional measures to minimize health risks include:

  • Avoiding shaking hands with customers to limit physical contact
  • Proper hand washing and sanitizing before & after each customer visit
  • Wearing face coverings inside customer's homes
  • Using antibacterial cleaning solutions for our hands and equipment
  • Limiting regularly scheduled, in-person team member meetings
