• Applies to the main sewer line with accessible, ground level cleanouts.

• Use of a small sewer machine by a licensed drain expert for up to 20 minutes to attempt to clear the drain. If we are unable to clear the drain, the plumber will come to you to discuss your other options.

• Run the camera down the drain.*

• 30 day limited warranty** If your sewer line clogs again in the same area we cleared within thirty days of our original visit, you are entitled to one additional visit from a drain expert to attempt to unclog it at no cost to you.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• The homeowner must be present during the service to review the camera footage.

• **Warranty is void if roots are present, if recommended repairs are not completed on damaged lines, or in the event non-flushable items (i.e. grease, feminine products, wipes, paper towels, toys, etc…) are found to be the reason for the stoppage.

• The property must have approved and accessible ground level cleanouts. Additional fees will apply if access requires dismantling the p-trap, digging, pulling and resetting a toilet, or rooftop access.

• This $93 offer is only valid for single-family residences not connected to septic systems.

• If issues are discovered during the camera inspection, our licensed plumbing technician will provide estimates for sewer repair or replacement at no extra cost.

• If issues are discovered during the camera inspection, our licensed plumbing technician will provide sewer repair or sewer replacement estimates at no additional cost to you.

• Customer is responsible for the service call fee.
