Great overall experience. 1-800 replaced an existing kitchen sink and faucet. Two different sinks we ordered through Home Depot were delivered broken and caused a few different scheduled appointments. Stacy (office) was great on scheduling and moving things around. Worst company, they sent a "knowledgeable" technician to my house. I told him there was a leak outside my house! The technician charged me just for diagnosis outside the house $119 and didn't find anything, then he charged me $318 for diagnosis inside, just checking the presuare and looking for leaks on the toilets. Then he insisted that the issue was in the house but since he didn't find anything he had to charge me depending on how long it will take him to find something and can be thousands. He just did dis in less than 20 minutes and of course I didn't agree. Then I found the leak by myself of outset and I paid way less money to a person to fix the issue in the yard. The technician was proud of his 30 years of experience but couldn't find a big leak in the yard! Lazy person and overcharging people. Be aware of this type of companies!

I really appreciate Mark coming out to help me. I needed a leaky pipe replaced asap.   He was very professional and got the job done fast!
