On a Friday afternoon at 4:00PM, I was in a bind with my master shower leaking after I tried to fix it myself and made it worse. Plumbers in the Spring and Conroe area wanted ridiculous amounts of money to extract a mangled shower valve cartridge and install the new shower valve cartridge that I already bought and supplied for them. Michael (with an hour’s notice at the end of the day on a Friday) sent an outstanding technician (Chris Ventura) to my home in Spring Trails all the way from Katy (over an hour’s drive). Chris did the job perfectly for HALF the money!!! Michael Atta is the only person I will call for plumbing help in the future. Thank you, Michael! You, sir, are the best of the best!
