How Do Ductless Mini Splits Work?

Each indoor unit contains a fan and evaporator coils. The fan blows the warm indoor air through these evaporator coils, sending the cooled air into the room.

Then, the refrigerant in the evaporator coils pumps the heat is absorbed from the indoor air out to the outdoor unit. Lastly, the outdoor unit’s fan simply blows the heat away.

  On a Friday afternoon at 4:00PM, I was in a bind with my master shower leaking after I tried to fix it myself and made it worse. Plumbers in the Spring and Conroe area wanted ridiculous amounts of money to extract a mangled shower valve cartridge and install the new shower valve cartridge that I already bought and supplied for them. Michael (with an hour’s notice at the end of the day on a Friday) sent an outstanding technician (Chris Ventura) to my home in Spring Trails all the way from Katy (over an hour’s drive).
