Timely, great communication and professional. Terry from JP came to our house on 2 occasions - one to fix a leaking joint, the other to fix a leaking shower pipe. Explained the needed work, provided options, explained the tradeoffs and left us in great shape. This company does5 star great quality work and leaves you with a polished experience. They have treated me  with respect  and keep🫡 ones property clean while working. . I met the owner John who is hard working and an exceptional team leader. Maryann the customer support is wonderful and Terry is an excellent technician and they all are down to earth and have satisfactory work ethics . Thanks 🙏🏽 guys for always a job well done . this is the first negative review i’ve *ever* written but i feel compelled to share my experience. while the receptionist and technician were both friendly and knowledgeable, the overall service was disappointing. i was charged hundreds of dollars for an appointment, only for the technician to tell me there was no issue with my hot water heater. they were transparent about additional charges, which i agreed to since i was under the assumption that the problem would be addressed but they left without fixing anything at all. i regret calling them and feel like i was taken advantage of - very frustrating experience and not worth the cost!

Spent $200 to have them tell me it was a $1200 job.  Another plumber did the job in 10 minutes for $200 total.  Tech was nice and knowledgeable, but pricing was just absolutely out of line to cap 2 pipes.
