Excellent!  For some reason, I've needed plumbing help twice in the past week, after never needing help for years. Both times I put out requests through Thumbtack, Luay and the company has reached out very quickly.  Today, for the 2nd time this week, i had a new issue and since it was Saturday, I knew it would be tough.  But they came through with a quick appointment within 2 hours of my initial call. Khalid from 1-800-plumber+air of Landsdale has done two jobs for me within the last week.  One was replacing a pipe and expansion tank on my hot water heater, the other, replacing the shut off valve for my toilet.  He did an amazing job on both.  He arrived within the timeframe given, was extremely professional and thorough.  I was so pleased with his work and the company that I purchased an annual membership (which was a way better deal than the membership I had with another company). Basement flooding and called the service. They dispatched the person on site for estimate on day 2.  Next day technician Anthony Schultz came over and replaced the old bump and check valve. He did a good job. In addition he explained how flooding happened and made suggestions on avoiding future problems. Overall  service was good, especially technician Anthony very honest. Fantastic job.khaleb arrived right on time, got right  to work after giving an estimate for what he saw might have to be done. He was finished in less than an hour and completed the task at hand. We had apparently had a screw lodged in our garbage disposal. It was something that I was unable to remedy after a good couple of hours in the afternoon. He was curious, polite and friendly. 1-800-Plummer is the Best of the Best.  Francisco (Plummer) was AWESOME!.  He installed 2 toilets and 2 vanities for my two bathrooms.  He pointed out a couple defects in one of the vanities and helped to get it replaced.  He is reliable and operate with integrity. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who pays attention to detail. Francisco’s work was outstanding! He was prompt, professional, and wonderful to work with. He did a great job.  I would happily recommend this company.
