Pete  Harmon was my tech this time around and I was more then satisfied with his professionalism and high quality workmanship as well as him just being and overall great person to speak with. 1-800 was here on 5-6-25 to address water heater pilot not staying lit. It was determined a part needed to be replaced. Estimated 4-5 days for ordered part to arrive The part finally came.
