How Do Ductless Mini Splits Work?

Each indoor unit contains a fan and evaporator coils. The fan blows the warm indoor air through these evaporator coils, sending the cooled air into the room.

Then, the refrigerant in the evaporator coils pumps the heat is absorbed from the indoor air out to the outdoor unit. Lastly, the outdoor unit’s fan simply blows the heat away.

  They don’t know what they are doing. I hired them to add heating upstairs but the heat is not blowing they came back added something but didn’t do anything. They didn’t add heat in the bathroom and charged me 2800. Don’t recommend. Find another HVAC company save your time and money on quality work

  I got a free inspection because my current company jacked their prices sky high and I needed a new company. I got a picture of the technician with a bio AND a way to track where the technician was in his travel! That's great service,  right there! Greg is knowledgeable,  easy going,  and professional.   I just called because my heater stopped working last night.  1-800-Plumber installed it a year ago, but I was told it would be a month before they had anyone available!  It is Dec 1st, in New York, and they don't have any availability until after Jan 1st because they are doing large installs right now!  Beware using them, at least in Long Island, NY, if you want the service you paid for.
