They don’t know what they are doing. I hired them to add heating upstairs but the heat is not blowing they came back added something but didn’t do anything. I got a free inspection because my current company jacked their prices sky high and I needed a new company. I got a picture of the technician with a bio AND a way to track where the technician was in his travel! That's great service,  right there! Greg is knowledgeable,  easy going,  and professional. I just called because my heater stopped working last night.  1-800-Plumber installed it a year ago, but I was told it would be a month before they had anyone available!  It is Dec 1st, in New York, and they don't have any availability until after Jan 1st because they are doing large installs right now! They are Terrible -   They are clueless in what they are doing and what never recommend them to anyone . If you have a plumbing or Heating problem they are the last people in the world you want to call
